You agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Pima County and the United States Federal District Court for Arizona with respect to such matters.

Cancellation Policy

The following policy covers all events including raffles by Kenaisci.org.  Please review the following when booking or purchasing tickets. 

Tickets

Your registration is not complete until full payment is received.  All tickets are valid for the named event and are nontransferable to another event.  You understand this will reserve a spot for this event and they are nonrefundable.  If you are unable to attend the event you can transfer to a friend for use.  All sales are final.  Sales are non-refundable/ non-cancellable, the credit card provided will be charged the full amount at time of purchase.
